Q 3. Your tender says that "the successful tenderer will be contracted to support a web-based application developed in Java and using XML, and the environment in which it is run". Your tender also suggests that your requirement is for "an on-site technician to be the primary support for the application and its infrastructure". The tender indicates that you are looking for a single individual to satisfy those requirements. This suggests you are looking for a person with quite a breadth of skills. Can you please confirm which skills do you consider to be the primary requirements for this individual.
